- "Client" refers to the individual or entity engaging the services of Munez Healthcare Limited.
- "Services" refers to the home healthcare, caregiving, and related services offered by Munez Healthcare Limited.
2. Scope of Services We provide professional healthcare and caregiving services as per the agreement with the Client. The specific scope of services will be detailed in a Service Agreement.
3. Payment Terms
- All fees are outlined in the Service Agreement.
- Payment is due as per the agreed-upon schedule, typically monthly.
- Late payments may incur additional fees, as outlined in the Service Agreement.
- We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Clients must provide at least 48/72 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations without proper notice may result in a cancellation fee as outlined in the Service Agreement.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Provide a safe and respectful environment for our staff.
- Communicate any changes in care requirements promptly.
- Ensure accurate and timely sharing of information necessary for providing services.
6. Confidentiality We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all personal, medical, and financial information shared with us. Information will only be disclosed as required by law or with the Client’s consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
- We strive to provide services with utmost care and professionalism. However, Munez Healthcare Limited is not liable for:
- Injuries or accidents not caused by our negligence.
- Any events outside our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, emergencies).
- Any incidents that occur as a result of the client witholding crucial information about their health and wellbeing.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question.
8. Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice.
- We reserve the right to terminate services immediately in cases of:
- Non-payment.
- Unsafe working conditions for our staff.
- Violation of these Terms by the Client.
9. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, the parties reach a decision to terminate the agreement.
10. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria and the state where the client resides.
11. Amendments We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
